Summary: The customer service was good, but hotel is in dying need of a remodel. There was a lot of rusted areas in hotel. We were glad we only booked for one night. I think once the upgrades/ remodel is done the hotel will improve slot better. Definitely not worth the price for the condition of the hotel, that fell in a motel status category.

Summary: First we got an in cleaned room. The hallways and room were barely cool. Air conditioning was not great. The room we got had a dirty plastic cover over the outside of the window. Making it impossible to see out the window. The mattress we slept on was so worn out. Lumps and a canal in the middle. Not to mention it felt like we were slanted with our heads being much higher than our legs. Needless to say we opted to leave early

Summary: The location was excellent. It was near many dinning and shopping options. The room had an odor and most likely needed to have the filter changed in the room. Did like having a microwave and fridge in the room. The rooms should be checked for Co2.

Summary: One of the beds was broken. We called down to front desk and the clerk stated that she would have someone come and look at it in the morning. Employees were very nice and kind. The breakfast area was very congested and they had some type of delivery in the morning during breakfast time. Some of the tables were not available because boxes were on top of the tables. The breakfast selection was good.
